A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Twyford station is 2 minute walk away with fast direct access to London, Henley-on-Thames, Windsor, Royal Ascot, Reading, Oxford and more. Dedicated parking space & private access to this double bedroom (standard 4’6” bed) and en-suite shower room. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed. Due to the close proximity to Twyford station there may be some noise from time to time.

Reading is a 25-minute train ride into London Paddington, and has beautiful countryside situated all around it, such as Oxfordshire and Henley.

Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

We are located very near the Royal Berkshire Hospital and University of Reading. We have a bedroom, garden room and bathroom for people to use during their stay (nothing is shared). There is a separate entrance to the guest's accommodation and there is no access to the main house. We have a cat who sleeps in the adjoining room (our utility room), but will not have access when guests stay. There is no breakfast supplied. There is on road parking on weekday evenings and weekends.
