Új építésű, magasan felszerelt, maximális kényelmi extrákkal, automata hűtéssel-fűtéssel, gyors internettel ellátott, 4 személyes lakás, mely 10 perc sétára van csupán a Deseda tótól. A lakás csendes zöldövezetben, jól megközelíthető helyen van. A közös használatú udvarban hangulatos helyen grillezési, bográcsozási lehetőséget kínálunk. A hátsó zöld kertünk labdázásra, tollasozásra, pihenésre hívogat... Kaposvár és a Deseda tó közelsége egy nagyon jó kombináció ------- Gyertek, próbáljátok ki!

In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Seestrände und ein Golfplatz. Direkt vom Haus aus gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten Wander- und Fahrradtouren durch das pittoreske Balaton-Hochland zu unternehmen. Machen sie Rast in einem Weingut und geniessen sie bei einem Glas Wein und einer ungarischen Mahlzeit den wunderbaren Blick über das ungarische Meer.

Quality bed mattresses for a restful night's sleep and motorised shutters for total peace of mind. Terrace with sun loungers, hammock and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and induction stovetop. Free covered and closed parking on the ground floor. The apartment is equipped with all household appliances, air conditioning.

A Sky Luxury Suite egy mediterrán, kizárólag két fő részére kialakított romantikus luxus apartman. 360°-os kilátással a belvárosra, távolabbra a Balatonra és a Festetics kastélyra tekinthetünk. Az apartmanhoz egy privát jakuzzi, illetve szauna tartozik. Szobaszervizünk koktélokkal, vizipipával, és egyéb hűsítőkkel kényezteti vendégeinket. Az ár a reggelit nem tartalmazza, külön kérésre igényelhető. Két elektromos rollerünk biztosítja Keszthelyen a közlekedést.

From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
