A fresh and airy guest house located a mile from the center of downtown Boise. Relax in our claw foot bathtub after a long day of exploring the nearby whitewater park, foothills, green belt or downtown scenery. Cook in the kitchen or walk to nearby restaurants for your meals. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure. You'll sleep soundly in the comfortable king sized bed. Under 10 min drive to restaurants, bars, stores, and local concert venues. Come unwind after seeing live music at Pine Creek Lodge, The Old Saloon, or the Music Ranch. 15 minute drive to Chico and Sage Lodge. 45 minute drive to Yellowstone National Park and 30 minutes to Livingston. We can't wait to be apart of your Montana experience!

A peaceful, remote cabin studio near Yellowstone and the historic town of Livingston. Whether you want to spend your day reading on the deck, working remotely, listening to records, or heading out for a day in the Park, this space will lend to the experience you need. The cabin sits next to our main home & small homestead. We often provide fresh eggs from the chickens & seasonal goods from the garden. The goats will entertain you for days & the stunning mountain view never never gets old.

Downtown cozy cottage is the ideal McCall retreat! Just blocks to Payette Lake, parks, restaurants, shops, beach and marina. Private setting surrounded by Aspen tress and across the street from the Payette National Forest ranger station for maps, info. and more. Only 15-20 minute drive to Brundage Mountain Resort to experience some of the best skiing / snowboarding in "Best snow in Idaho" or mountain biking in the summer! Our studio cottage is perfect for couples or solo adventurers too.

Nestled in a light-filled aspen grove on the edge of a quiet meadow on 25 acres of rolling private land, with a hot tub tucked in the woods behind the cabin. 40 mins from Grand Targhee Ski Resort, ~90 mins to Yellowstone and Grand Teton parks. Designed with coziness and tranquility in mind – wood stove, warm lighting, vintage furnishings, and a spacious deck to enjoy the views and wildlife.

The guest house is nestled on a hillside overlooking the Salmon River, Hammer Creek Park and public boat launch. It’s a one hour drive to Hells Canyon boat launch at Pittsburg Landing on the Snake River. Both areas are great for boating, rafting, and fishing. This studio guest house comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed, comfortable pull out couch, and separate full bathroom & shower. The unit also has a kitchen and private deck to enjoy the wildlife and million dollar view!

Rest, relax & recharge at 3 Palms guest apartment located on private road above garage. The property is surrounded by forest with lots of wildlife & river views. Meander down to the Middlefork of the Payette River where there is a private beach & swimming hole. Great place to inner tube in the summer months. The bedroom boasts custom king size log bed & furniture. Fully equipped kitchen, free Wifi, & Roku flat screen TV. Access to hot tub & wood burning sauna to end out your day.

Crazy Mountain Container Casa

Awaken to a panoramic view of the Crazy Mountains, Shields River and the deer, eagles, songbirds and assorted visitors that share this unique setting. Constructed from two shipping containers, we provide home base while you venture out to explore Yellowstone Park, hiking or mountain biking the Bridger and Crazy Mountains, or shopping and sightseeing in Bozeman or Livingston. Enjoy a glass of wine near your cozy gas stove or soak in the sunset and stars around the deck firepit.

Guesthouse w/ Great Views & Hot Tub

Enjoy beauty & relaxation on acres of land and horse pastures while being minutes from Hyalite Canyon & Reservoir (some of the best hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, ice climbing, etc.) and 10 minutes from down town. The guest house (the 2nd floor of a detached building on our property) is over 1,000 square feet and the perfect place to use as basecamp as you explore Bozeman and surrounding areas. The hot tub with mountain views is a perfect way to unwind from your day.

Dexter Peak cabin, elegantly rustic near YNP/Chico

Dexter Peak Cabin is located near the base of the mountains on a 25 acre parcel shared with our home but still private. Close to Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone River, waterfalls, hiking and fishing, and 35 minutes to Yellowstone Park. Cabin is located about 200' from owner's home but the outdoor areas are oriented away from the home and toward the mountains. Little to no traffic as we are a couple with no kids. Dexter Peak Road is a great road for walking!

Located just two blocks from the Boise River/Greenbelt, The Lofts (A & B) @ 35th & Clay offer the perfect space to unwind after a day exploring Boise and Garden City. Wind down by cooking a meal in the full kitchen or enjoy Puerto Rican cuisine at WEPA Cafe which shares the building with us. End your evening with a private 3rd story rooftop hot tub, warm towels from the towel warmer, heated bathroom floors, a living room fireplace, and a luxurious king size bed!

Private river-front guesthouse (studio).

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.
