Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Situated in the foothills of the fabulous Silver Valley, Grandma's Cozy Farmhouse is the original farmhouse of a once bustling 100 acre dairy farm. The farmhouse is situated on a beautiful lot of land behind an automatic gate accompanied by the old milking barn, out buildings, and one other residence nearby. Grandma's has amazing views of Frost Peak, Bald Mountain ("Baldy" to locals) and many others. No matter the season, these rugged North Idaho mountains shine with awe and adventure!

Perfect for a small family on a ski vacation or to go to one of the many Wallace festivals. Only a ten minute drive from the Hiawatha trail, Lookout Mountain and Silver Mountain. A half mile from the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes and one mile from the Pulaski Trail. We keep adding amenities. FYI there is no wifi in the house, but most businesses in town do have it.
