The house is located on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula near Novigrad (Cittanova) and is no more than 1 hour away from any other city in Istra. During the stay the guests have the entire house and the back porch to themselves. When not exploring the rest of the region you can enjoy your food on the back porch table. There's an outdoor kitchen as well a charcoal barbecue ready at all times. And for those quick fresh showers after the beach there's an outdoors shower as well.

We preserved the traditional Mediterranean furnishings with individual elements of modern design. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the health centre, shops, taverns, a cinema, the bus station, parking spaces, the marina... The sea is 5 minutes and the swimming pool is 10 minutes away.
