River house is two bedroom and two bathroom hacienda with a pool, located in Mlini 10 min from Dubrovnik and near the see and beautiful beaches. Villa Sweet Water/Villa Slatka Voda

A waterfront villa with amazing views and privacy in a quiet and isolated area located about 30 minutes drive north of Dubrovnik. The house has a large terrace directly on the sea. Just off the terrace, is a kitchen, dining area, and living room. There are three bedrooms each with attached full baths. One bedroom is on the ground level and two bedrooms are on first floor with outside entrances. Number of Guests is limited to four people.

From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.
