Our spacious home has two master suites including one on the main and few steps for those who need easy access. Enjoy our screened porch, chill at our fire pit or soak in our hot tub (*cleaning fee includes hot tub maintenance). We also offer guest access to the pool, sauna, tennis & fitness center + public golf course (not included)pond and park.

Living Room has 2 recliners, sofabed, and bunk beds! The kitchen has an Island for eating and making breakfast. Use the Keurig to make your morning coffee & sit in the beautiful sunroom with gas fireplace overlooking the river! The Patio just steps from the river has a fire pit and rocking chairs! Enjoy our Happy Place!

This spacious vacation home is located inside a gated golf course community that feels deep in the forest. Amenities: golf, tennis, pickleball, a hot tub, gym. Enjoy grilling out on the patio overlooking the marina, walking on the trail, or relax in the pool which is only a short walk away. This is truly a paradise. Guest boat slip is available at the marina for boats or jet skis. Slip is $50 per day. Recommended to book one month in advance.
