Sveta Jelena Studio Apartment

Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Fabina

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Samostojeća kuća sagrađena 1890 godine potpuno je obnovljena za ugodan boravak u opuštajućem okruženju. Nalazi se na istočnoj obali Istre, u mirnom selu udaljenom 15 km od Labina i najbliže zračne luke Pula 45 km. U produžetku terase nalazi se privatni bazen s uređenom plažom s 8 ležaljki i 3 suncobrana. Casa Iria pruža prekrasan pogled na more od kojeg je udaljena 1,5 km. Najbliža trgovina i restoran udaljeni su 2 km u autokampu Tunarica, gdje također imate mogućnost najma kajaka, pedalina.

Our comfortable and bright apartment is stylishly decorated and blessed with outdoor spaces. You can relax in the garden whilst having your breakfast or enjoying a family barbecue. Sitting on the Monte Paradiso south-facing hillside, it gives you the most beautiful beaches and bays from only a 10-minutes walking distance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new bathroom. Have fun with the many satellite TV programs in two rooms or connect to your private Netflix account!

Apartman Pisino, View on the Zip line and Castel

Dobrodošli u studio apartman Pisino. Nalazimo se u samoj povijesnoj jezgri grada Pazina uz srednjovjekovni Pazinski kaštel, a s prozora odmah vidite spust zip linea preko pazinske jame. Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Na katu je smještena spavaća soba kao otvorena galerija sa velikim tv-om, a uz nju i wc s tuš kadom. Prostor je klimatiziran i imate besplatni WiFi.

It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Villa obitelji Dušati smještena je nadomak mora, sa svojom ponudom iznajmljivanja apartmana nudi odmor prožet prirodom i tišinom. Sa svojim brojnim specifičnostima zadovoljiti će sve vaše zahtjeve za idealnim odmorom. Na ograđenom posjedu nalaze se dvije kuće i mjesta za parkiranje. U svakoj kući su po dva apartmana s osiguranim jednim parkirnim mjestom po apartmanu. Apartman Maria je moderno ureden i opremljen svim potrebnim uredjaima i aparatima.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Apartment is situated in Villa Bella Vista. 45 m2,fully equipped,free WiFi,free aircondition...One bedroom with double bed (for 2 people) and living room with one sofa (extra bed for 1 person) with smart TV. Big terrace with barbecue. One bathroom. Swimming pool is open from 8am until 8pm (4 apartments use the pool as well).

Eco house Picik

Old stone house located in an abandoned rustic village with only 3 houses. The house has a large fenced yard 700m2 and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Cres. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
