Vor 20 Jahren haben wir dieses Haus, was zu den ältesten der Stadt gehört, in viel Eigenleistung saniert. Unsere 4 Kinder haben dem allen viel Leben eingehaucht. Jetzt haben sie das Nest verlassen und einigen Platz zurückgelassen. Deshalb haben wir diese schöne Ferienwohnung für Sie gern auch mit Kleinkind eingerichtet. Sie liegt mitten im Zentrum, aber doch außerordentlich ruhig in den Gassen der Altstadt. Annaberg ist idealer Ausgangsort, um das Erzgebirge in seiner ganzen Vielfalt zu erleben.

Der offene Wohn-Schlaf-Koch und Essbereich wird durch die hohen Decken und die großen Holzfenster mit viel natürlichem Licht von morgens bis abends durchflutet. Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Sosa, nur 8 km (11 min.) von Eibenstock und den Badegärten entfernt. In der Nähe könnt Ihr viele touristische Attraktionen nutzen sowie wunderschöne Wander- und Radwege in herrlicher Natur genießen. Die Talsperre Sosa ist von der FEWO aus zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ort bietet gemütliche gastronomische Einrichtungen, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Metzger, einen Geldautomaten und in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung eine erzgebirgische Schnitzkunststube.

Apartmány K Lanovce Ela a Bella s vlastními parkovacími místy byly nově postaveny v červenci 2023. Nabízíme exkluzivní servis, moderní nábytek, vysokorychlostní internet i plnou výbavu kuchyně. Apartmán Ela je menší ze dvou nabízených apartmánů, ale velmi útulný, vhodný pro pár nebo dva až tři přátele. Apartmán lze vnitřně propojit s apartmánem Bella. V samostatné a uzamykatelné kóji si můžete uložit kola, lyže nebo další vybavení. K bytu patří soukromé parkovací místo přímo vedle domu.

Located in the vicinity of a Czech Mountain resort Klinovec, our Loft apartment offers a comfortable and cosy home base for your skiing, hiking, biking or spa-wellness holiday. 54 m2 newly refurbished Loft with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony, storage space for bicycles​ and an infra sauna is located on the 4th floor of a house with a lift. We can comfortably accommodate four ​guests plus two more should you wish to use the living room sofa.

Mezonetový apartmán se nachází na nejvyšším místě obce Loučná s úchvatným výhledem na Klínovec a Fichtelberg. Výhledy si můžete vychutnat při posezení na balkoně. Apartmán je v pěší vzdálenosti od Skiareálu Klínovec. V zimě si můžete užít lyže, od jara do podzimu trail park nebo cyklistiku a pěší turistiku v překrásné přírodě. Po předchozí rezervaci možnost zapůjčení 4 elektrokol + cyklistická helma za cenu 800,- Kč (35€)/kus/den. Kola nejsou povolena pro traily.
