The space owes its name to the famous Pêra Rocha because it was here that the first pear tree that gave rise to this quality of fruit was born. This is a place with history because it was in this space, in 1836, that the now famous Pêra Rocha was born, which owes its name to the then owner, António Rocha. From here it spread throughout the Sintra region and then to the West region Casa da Rocha is an old farm that was remodeled and divided into two single-story semi-detached houses. This house, which can be rented as a whole (up to 6 people) or just a room (up to 2 people). For each modality there is a different advertisement. You can look for what suits you. This house is also convenient for those who want to visit Lisbon, which is 30 min. by car or 40 min. by train and then come and sleep in a calmer, cooler place with mountain air.

My house reflects my love for arts and being connected with nature! It’s located on the heart of Magoito, a very calm location, on the countryside of Sintra Coast Line. Is perfect to scape from the city, going to the beach and explore the nature around! In a 15/20 minutes walk, is possible to be on the beach and by car is around 3 minutes . Is easily possible, to discover all Sintra/ Lisbon area until Ericeira, by car and also by public transports, that stop a few meters from the house.
