We are a family willing to share the beauty of our beach&camp family house just 20m away from Lisbon by car (Uber/taxi, train, bus or boat options available). You can find in our area children playground, tennis&paddle courts, two golf courses (Aroeira Golf), restaurants and best beaches in Lisbon area, which you can enjoy in any season of the year. Bring your hiking boots and you can also enjoy the wonders of Arrábida or use our bikes. We love our place and we are pretty sure you’ll love it too

Quarto Pirica, stunning suite on Sintra mountain

Pirica’s room was born in 2017. Is a new, cozy suite with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace with a stunning view to Atlantic ocean and Sintra mountain. Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

Guests staying at Chez Nous, will be able to take in all that the property has to offer from the outdoor space on the terrace with garden and sea view. Located in a quiet residential area. The Skysuite is a unique and private studio / loft space. The property benefits from stunning views and a private 50m2 roof terrace , complete with retractable shade. It has its own private entrance off of a communal lift servicing the top floor of an apartment building. Centrally located in Carcavelos, the Skysuite offers 180 degree views of the sea and Caparica Coast line. Furnished with a double bed and sofa , amenities include a kitchenette and dedicated cardio and workspace areas.

Wooden "Chalé"

Dear guests, I have the pleasure to host you in this beautiful nordic pine Chalé. Hidden away from the street in the rear garden, access is through the inside of the first floor apartment then back down to ground level by the outdoor stairs. To access the yard where the chalet is located, they pass through my apartment on the first floor and go down about 10 steps. The Chalé is fitted with a bathroom and kitchenette so you can be autonomous and there is also an outdoor space in front.

Studio Ocean Drive

Ocean Drive (36m²) comprises of an open sleeping area with double bed (160 x 200), a kitchenette equipped with an electric cooker and fridge, a bathroom with shower, heating, smart TV. It furthermore includes a dining table, a large outside terrace/patio overlooking the pool. Guests may make use of the outside BBQ, the OFYR outdoor cooking, Wood fired (pizza) oven, basket field, pool and the outdoor bar. Excellent Internet connection (320Mbps). Work table and chair available.

The Garden House is a cosy and secluded studio apartment for two people that overlooks our lush garden and is the ideal choice for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.
