Typical Gallura building overlooking the Gulf of Olbia. It includes a property of 15,000 square meters planted with olive groves. Ideal for families. The structure is independent, surrounded by nature with large spaces, garden, barbecue, shower and laundry. La struttura è un edificio storico in pieno centro, a ridosso della piazza centrale ma in una zona silenziosa. L'edificio è stato ristrutturato fedelmente, conservando la corte interna dalla quale, la sera, si può ammirare il cielo stellato. E' a 7 km dalla costa e vicino a località rinomate come Capo Comino o Berchida. E' ben collegata con la ss 131. E' l'ideale per chi vuole esplorare l'isola e tornare a casa in un ambiente rilassante, autentico e fuori dal caos del turismo di massa.

Edificio ad uso esclusivo ristrutturato di recente, diviso su 4 livelli. Al piano terra abbiamo una cucina completa, un camino (solo decorativo) e un bagno. Nel seminterrato un ambiente (no finestre) con letto matrimoniale, un piccolo divano e un bagno completo. Al 1° piano abbiamo un ambiente con cucina, una stufa a legna (solo decorativa), un divano letto per 2 persone, balcone e bagno completo. Infine in terrazza abbiamo arredi da esterno sotto un gazebo e un grill in muratura.
