A reverse osmosis drinking water system, 55-inch television, full-size refrigerator, full-size bed with Tuft-and-Needle mattress. There are outdoor cats that visit, Grey Cat lives in the forest in the front yard and cat food is available. The neighbor might ask you for a dollar, don't do it! This place to stay is truly one of a kind.

The Frenchie House, 4 Bedrooms, All King Beds

Playful and lively, this special place is easy to consider your home away from home! Family friendly quiet area 15 Minutes from Downtown Wilmington with access to all that our incredible city has to offer... Dining, shopping and entertainment. 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, 12 minutes to Carolina Beach, and 20 minutes to the ILM Airport. Large, fully fenced-in, backyard. The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!
