Newly built detached barn with a cozy loft apartment upstairs on our 6 acre homestead / wedding venue. We have 2 Tesla electric car chargers, high speed Comcast WiFi (89.6 Mbps download 35.9 Mbps upload), brand new mattresses and a cozy place to relax. Just a short drive to Yosemite National Park Entrance (just over an hour-56 miles away), Pinecrest Lake, Historic Downtown Sonora and Columbia, Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, Black Oak Casino and countless hiking trails in the Stanislaus National Forest!

The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.

Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, (single burner & bbq outside), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.
