The poperty have been restored with love and care, but also provides all the benefits of modern living. It's located on a hill of the quite village Vinisce.

Come on and relax in our peaceful house with your familly and friends. Everything you need is right there. The house is also ecofriendly with solar panels for electricity and rain water for washing purposes. We also offer to our guests very nice trips to the NP Kornati in a private boat with a skipper so you can enjoy every little thing that our town has to offer. The road to the house is little rough if you don't mind that. Hope you like my little house and enjoy your stay.

Biciklističke staze. 10 minuta vožnje automobilom do plaže Rezalište, 10 minuta vožnje do plaže Grižine, Zablaće, 7 minuta vožnje do centra Šibenika. Turističkom turom brodom u Nacionalni park Kornati. 40 minuta vožnje automobilom do Nacionalnog parka Krka. Unescovi spomenici: tvrđava Svetog Nikole i Katedrala Svetog Jakova.

The object is dominated by original stone walls and wooden beams.The holiday house "KULAK" is located in the small village of Badžimi, far from Sibenik, about 18km. The village is quiet with only about 20 inhabitants who are mostly engaged in agriculture and cattle breeding. This is rarely in Dalmatia where you can still see live sheep or cows.

Are you dreaming of a vacation in nature? Nearby is National Park Krka, Monastery island Visovac, zipline Cikola, waterfall Roski slap etc. You can enjoy hiking, trekking, biking around the house.

My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
