Linens and bedding All linens, towels and laundry are cleaned at a commercial-grade laundry facility and in accordance with CDC guidelines. We eliminate excess contact and minimize potential spread of germs by bagging dirty linen during transport. Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting. Disinfected and sanitised high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service-providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs table tops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. HOT TUBS WILL BE IN USE. Hot tubs will have fresh water in for each change over and will have been sanatized. We are constantly checking for public health advice, and currently we are unaware of any public health evidence that suggests that it's unsafe to bathe in hot tub water, provided it is correctly sanitised and also the correct pH level. The Garden Room is a private, cosy, off-grid apartment that's perfect for couples in search of a quiet break or looking to explore the area. It has basic kitchen facilities along with a king size bed, a wood burning stove and a piping hot shower. We have reliable wifi, no tv and an ok mobile signal. Lovely up here this time of year and plenty of wildlife to be seen; deer in the garden, swallows zooming about, the other morning I saw two hares leaping and sparring in the front yard - just great.

Getting around we would suggest you have a car or bike as there is no public transport or cabs. Please note we are a working farm so you will see and hear tractors during your stay. Our family are also keen equestrians so you will also see horses. There is also a Glamping Cabin in the field so you may see other guests during your stay.
