Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Set on the edge of Salisbury Plain, our beautiful rural area has so much history.

Self contained annexe in peaceful & rural location

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Shepherds Hut close to Stonehenge

A light and airy spacious Shepherds hut set in a beautiful English garden adjacent to a paddock. Great for a couple wanting to get away for a short break in the countryside and ideal for visiting Stonehenge 15 mins. by car, Bath 50mins. and Salisbury 25 mins. A good stop over point for cyclists on the King Alfred’s way route. The friendly village of Tilshead is located at the heart of Salisbury Plain. Excellent Italian food available at the Rose and Crown Pub 50 yards walk away.

The Little Forge

Enjoy a relaxing break in the heart of the beautiful Pewsey Vale. The Little Forge is set on a quiet lane at the edge of the friendly village of Pewsey, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Enjoy countryside walks in the beautiful surroundings or explore the mystical Avebury, the market town of Marlborough or the pretty villages along the Kennet and Avon Canal. At the end of the day cozy up in front of the log burner or spend the evening in one of the local pubs or restaurants.

Summerdale Annexe

‘Summerdale’ Well appointed private Annexe with own outdoor Courtyard. Summerdale is self-contained and well equipped with a double bed, own private entrance and driveway parking. It features an ensuite shower room, lounge area with Sky TV, kitchenette and private courtyard. Our thoughtfully designed interiors will make you feel welcome from the moment you park up outside. The guest house is privately located in our gated drive overlooking the gardens. A local pub in the village too!

Private double bedroom in quiet village location

1 double bedroom (extra single bed available on request) with a private entrance. It stands in a courtyard behind gates which open onto a quiet road that leads to The Ridgeway and Salisbury Plain. There is off street parking in the courtyard which is part of a walled garden. The village is especially well provided with a range of shops including a Chemist, Butcher, Post Office and a Co-op which is open until 10.00pm. There is a Pub and two good take-away outlets.

Situated by a winterborne river in the centre of a rural village, Willow Cottage is a beautiful 230 year old traditional brick & flint detached cottage with a pretty cottage garden. Inside it is exquisitely decorated & has everything you need to make your break comfortable and special. The village is close to Stonehenge Heritage Site & several other interesting places, such as Frome, Bath, New Forest and Salisbury with its beautiful cathedral.
