The house is located at the East side of Regina, which is minutes away from all the East end amenities, including grocery, department stores, gyms, and restaurants. It is only a few minutes drive to access main roads and highway. Bus stops are less than 5 minutes walking distance. The house is located on a nice and quiet crescent with plenty of parking space and near the park.

The Guest Suite is a large studio style room with one queen size bed and a leather sofa hide a bed (queen size). Perfect for one or two people and cozy for 3 people. The Suite has a small ‘kitchenette” with Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave and toaster. The bathroom is compact but cute with large walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is well stocked with shampoo, shower gel and other essential products.
