Ideal for workers or families, this private 1-bedroom suite has a separate entrance, full kitchen, AC, TV, fridge, bathroom, and workspace with printer. Located in NW Bakersfield near Hwy 99 & I-5. Walmart and Albertsons are 6–7 mins away. Maps may show empty land—new area, follow house numbers. No pets, smoking, or extra guests. Quiet hours 11pm–5am. Includes soap, shampoo, iron, steamer, and coffeemaker.

GG’s Backhouse

This studio is located 20 miles northwest of Bakersfield (10 minutes from the 99 Freeway using hwy 46 turnoff) and 20 minutes from Interstate 5 Freeway. It is perfect for the out-of-town worker on assignment or guest that is visiting family in the area. PLEASE VIEW THE PICTURES VERY CAREFULLY.
