The Studio is adjacent to the main house but private at the front of the property, you won't be disturbed.

This spacious open-plan home offers Wifi, reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main space, timber flooring, a huge kitchen, 4 large bedrooms all with flooring and 2 bathrooms with full laundry facilities. There is room to park up to 4 cars on the driveway. If you need to work from home and make the most of NBN connection, you can settle in the main bedroom's computer nook.

We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.

Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

Dencala

Situated on Weedon Hill, Dencala is a 5 minute drive to the town centre( or cycle in via the cycle track), 5 minutes from Ocean Beach, and 10 minutes from Lights Beach. Cosy up to the log fire in winter, have a barbie on the deck in summer. Lovely walks around the neighbourhood, including stunning views of The Inlet , and just just minutes walk to a park and bush trails The Bib Track and little River Walk and Cycle path are 3 minutes by car.

Our home is within easy walking distance of Albany's main street, offering a private upstairs space with a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed. The area includes a private bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchenette, and a living room with a smart TV. Access is through the downstairs laundry, and off-road parking is available in the carport. We live downstairs and are happy to assist in making your stay in Albany as enjoyable as possible.
