We are both fully vaccinated and require all guests to be, too.

Located in the center of Seattle, we are close to Capitol Hill, Downtown, Madison Park, Lake Washington, Arboretum, University of Washington and Seattle University. Social distancing is easy with a private entry and fenced front yard. We have installed a keyless entry system, providing contact free access and egress.
