Located on the Seagrove/Seaside border in a quiet neighborhood, this new carriage house is the perfect oasis for a couple or a small family. (We do not accept reservations for more than 3 adults over the age of 13 for this carriage house.) Just a few minutes to the beach, it is the perfect cozy getaway! Two bikes are here for your use!! Keep them locked as they are your responsibility as well as replacing if lost/stolen! Backpack style beach chairs for your use as well as beach towels!

Welcome to "Just Darling" beach cottage off HWY 30A in Blue Mountain Beach. Closest Beach access is a 10 minute walk via a short cut path or 2 minute drive. This 3 bed, 2.5 bath home is great for families and comes with a brand-new golf cart, incredible amenities, and it's situated right across the street from “The Big Chill”! The Prominence community features 2 Resort style pools, outdoor space, outdoor grills, and easy access to the beach.

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.
