Free off-street parking. Guests have access to the entire house and have everything they need inside. The host is nearby and may be in the yard to work.

The kitchen includes a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and an electric fry pan. There is no stove. We include a few snacks and coffee, dishes, glassware, silverware, bowls and cooking utensils.
