Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. If you decide to venture out, there are many options for exploring.

4-night minimum for July and Aug. Located a few short blocks from beach and promenade boardwalk, a few steps from river and climbing play-park! Wi-Fi, basic cable T.V., videos, games, books. Full kitchen with utensils and cookware. Spacious bathroom, soft linens. In response to a guest that said the bed needed some “fluff”, we now have a new comfy, foam-top mattress in the master. Four blocks from the Promenade (Prom) with direct access to the beach, a 10 minute walk to the Market, Billy Mac's, or Osprey Cafe, 15 minute walk to the Cove and less than 15 minute walk to Tillamook Head or Downtown Seaside.
