We live in the main house and renovated our carriage house for guests to enjoy our secluded yet convenient location. Your balcony enjoys views of the Pt. Washington State Forest. You have a private entrance, full kitchen, separate bedroom with a king bed, modern bathroom, and 2 cruiser bikes. This is the perfect couple's escape with luxurious accommodations.

Our home is located in Seagrove, within biking distance of Seaside & Watercolor to the west & the Big Chill, Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Welcome to The Swell Club! We have everything you need for a fun stay on 30A: a large balcony for morning coffee, a fully-equipped kitchen, two king beds and a pullout sofa, smart TVs, an inviting and airy living area, and a new 6-seat golf cart you can use to get around the 30A! We are about a 30-second walk to the large and friendly resort pool, and a quick zip to the most beautiful beaches in the country. Entertainment, restaurants, and shops are just across the street at The Big Chill.

The "Getaway Bungalow" is a carriage house located in Watercolor FL across from Seaside. This ideal vacation rental is separate from the private home in a spacious studio-like room. The cozy carriage house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a beautiful pond steps away from the beach, Camp Watercolor, and Seaside, FL. Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

Welcome to paradise! Walk to the beach or pool in a few short steps. Newly renovated from top to bottom. Modern décor with costal touches. My home-away-from-home is easily bike-able to Seaside and other local attractions. The Seaside Pavilion is exactly 1.3 miles (7 min by bike) to the West, and The Hub on 30A is 3.4 miles (15 min by bike) to the East. This lovely studio features a fully equipped kitchen and a fold down couch that converts into a twin bed.

Seamist is a private, 12 unit only condo building with spectacular, oceanfront views both from inside the unit and from the top-floor balcony (unit #10) of the pristine white sands and crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast. Seamist is nestled immediately between Seaside Beach & Watercolor Resort and Alys & Rosemary Beach.

We think you’ll love this cozy space as much as we do. Walk South on our street and you will cross 30A, then run directly into the San Juan Beach Access. Walk North and there’s other adventures, trails and beautiful Point Washington State Forest. If you’re looking for more action, you can bike to Seaside in 15 minutes or less!
