Der Hierholzer Weiher ist Lebensraum für Libellen, Wasserinsekten, Laichplatz zahlreicher Kröten und Frösche sowie sommerlicher Treffpunkt und Naturbadeplatz für Einheimische und deren Gäste. Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht aus dem Atrium mit Granitfelsen super Alpensicht. Wir versorgen dich mit PV-Strom und Batteriespeicher.

Centrally located appartment, black-forest view

The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....

Die Donathütte am Schluchsee

Relax in this charming rustic mountain hut and enjoy the simple life. You will heat the place with a wood-fired oven (you will need to chop the wood yourself). 500m from the lake at the end of a private road and 1km from the trainstation. Bring everything you need for your stay and leave no traces. Important: Be aware that it is your responsibility to clean the hut before checking out and prepare everything for the next guests. Additional fee, Parabel in cash: Tourist tax- 3€ per night/person.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Freiburg

Willkommen in meiner Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung ist ruhig und etwa 200m vom Dietenbachsee gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist auch etwa 500m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Mit der Straßenbahn kommt man gut vom Hauptbahnhof zur Ferienwohnung. Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung mit viel Licht. Nach Absprache kann ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Ich wohne direkt unter der Wohnung und stehe für Fragen bereit.

Stock, erreichbar über Treppen (kein Lift), dafür sehr ruhig und mit toller Aussicht auf Munot, Rhein und Schaffhausen. Die Stadt Schaffhausen ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Apartment befindet sich in Kappel-Grafenhausen, der Europa-Park ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, aber auch nach Freiburg oder Straßburg für einen Shopping Trip sind es nur knapp 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Frankreich kann mit einer kostenlosen Fähre erreicht werden und diese befindet sich gerade mal 1 km von uns entfernt. Die Schweiz ist etwa eine Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt.
