As you meander down the driveway to the cottage you are met with the sounds of the rapids of town creek that are quite literally your back yard. Sit on a rocking chair overlooking the creek with a glass of wine and let your worries drift away. Property sits on 4 lush acres and features over 300 ft of creek frontage. PARADISE!!!

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. A barn, kayaks for paddling, a stand up paddle board, bicycles, a salt water pool, fire pit, & gas grills, are available for guests. The guesthouse is available for rental where you will have full access to the property. Please note the bed and sofa are in the same space. We are pet friendly.
