We have a large, lower unit, private studio with a separate entrance, washer/dryer, and private outdoor space. It is quiet amongst the Redwoods, with ample on street parking and is very close to San Francisco, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, downtown Mill Valley, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Sausalito, Tiburon, bike paths and mountain bike trails.

My exceptionally beautiful, welcoming home with breathtaking close-up ocean view is a perfect for your romantic getaway, artist retreat or small family gathering. Come sit in the garden and watch the waves roll in or sit in the hot tub in the moonlight. 3 min walk to Beach, 20 min drive to San Francisco, 15 min drive to Muir Woods. My home is on top floor of building, completely separate entrance and living space. Designated parking. Private use of Hot Tub . No pets, smoking or big parties.

Easy commute to San Francisco as well, 5 minutes walking distance to San Francisco ferry which goes by Alcatraz or you can take an easy bus ride to the city that takes the beautiful Golden Gate Bridge.

For your convenience and peace of mind, the host lives on the top floor and is readily available should you need anything during your stay. The only shared spaces are the common hallways — your unit is entirely private.

Refreshed 3BR/1.5BA upstairs home in peaceful Parkside. 1 block to L Taraval Muni for a 20-min ride downtown, Chinatown, or Fisherman’s Wharf. Walk to cafes, dining, and groceries. Includes fast Sonic WiFi, streaming, high-end appliances, free parking, and a sunroom. Privacy Note: We live downstairs, but there are no shared spaces. Your suite is completely private and self-contained. We are easily available if you need quick assistance or maintenance.

We also recently upgraded the hvac system so you’ll have heat and air conditioning to make your stay more comfortable.
