Recente costruzione, in classe C con ottima resa termica e acustica. Due spiagge a 2 e 6 minuti a piedi e un mondo da visitare a 15/20 minuti d'auto, la Pelosa, l'isola dell'Asinara, Stintino e il suo porto antico, la bellissima Alghero e tanto, tanto altro da scoprire... La nostra casa sorge nella tranquilla campagna di Sassari, contornata da numerosi ulivi plurisecolari e un grande giardino mediterraneo, per farvi trascorrere una rilassante vacanza. (Our house is located in the quiet countryside of Sassari, surrounded by several centuries-old olive trees and a large Mediterranean garden, for you to spend a relaxing holiday.)
