The house has two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room and dining area. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also an adjoining room with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.

Em Ribamar, na Reserva Mundial da Surf da Ericeira, fica esta casa de arquitectura tradicional. São dois pisos, com zona de refeições, cozinha e uma zona de estar. Na parte inferior, tem ainda wc com amplo duche e um solarengo pátio, com uma fonte e mesa de refeições. No primeiro andar, encontra-se uma zona de estar com cama individual, dois quartos de casal e uma varanda fechada com vista de mar. A moradia tem uma decoração moderna e acolhedora, muita luz, dois quartos, um dos quais suíte, duas casas de banho e uma cozinha totalmente apetrechada para lhe permitir uma estadia tranquila. Atenção: atualmente somos obrigados a cobrar uma taxa turística cujo valor depende da duração da vossa estadia. No ato da reserva é cobrado um valor médio de 6€ por pessoa que pode, no limite, ser de 11€. O acerto será feito no check-in.
