Romantic Getaway at a Guesthouse near Downtown Atascadero

We offer a full service guest house, with a private entrance. With attention to every detail and decorated with a fun mid-century modern flair! It has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with all the amenities (including a stocked coffee station), and living room featuring a smart tv, and satellite. We offer WIFI as well. Should you need to do laundry, we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The guest house has a private deck which you will enjoy sipping a local wine on and enjoying the beautiful sunset! We also offer an outdoor table with chairs next to the deck for your enjoyment! From booking, to check out we will be available should you have any questions or as needed. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to have the chance to meet/greet each one of our guests while they are staying in the guest house, however if that isn't possible we will have all accommodations ready! We also try and be as flexible as possible, please don't hesitate to ask about early check in, or late checkout if needed. We provide a house binder that contains pertinent information and our "favorites list" for the Central Coast area. Shannon and her husband Reggie live in the main home on the property. The guest house is nestled among many beautiful, mature oak trees in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. It’s centrally located close to downtown Atascadero, with easy access to Highway 101 North/South, and Highway 41 to Morro Bay. Uber Pool on site, for homeowners use, (however ask us in advance about our policy and the possibility of using the pool and or hot tub)

The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Nice bay views and a relaxing atmosphere with a front porch to enjoy. Vacation Rental Permit # 104038

Enjoy a hotel quality stay, professionally cleaned prior to each guest, located in the beautiful downtown historic district. Studio is equipped to provide you with everything you need for an enjoyable stay; including washer/dryer, AC/ Heat. From the deck enjoy magnificent sunset views framed by San Luis Mountain and Bishop's Peak while enjoying dining al fresco. We are 4 walkable blocks to downtown and a mile to Cal Poly. This studio cottage has an inviting open floor plan thoughtfully decorated to accommodate all your needs. The kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, hotplate and all the tools needed to prepare a lovely meal and dine outside by the firepit.

Historic 1919 carriage house

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Couples still sometimes still stop to look and share old memories The carriage house was recently upgraded with all new interiors and is comfortably furnished

The Morro Road Casita

The Casita is located on the countryside just off the well known Morro Road. This centrally located Casita is just 20 minutes to either Paso Robles, Morro Bay and downtown SLO. The Casita is nestle between two hills on a 10 acre ranch, where you can watch the sunrise over the hillside and sunset towards the coast. The Casita is equipped with all the necessities you need for a get away weekend. Also we are very pet friendly!

Central Coast Guest House - Private entrance

Relax and enjoy your private getaway. All the amenities as your own home. Enjoy the Village of Arroyo Grande or a short drive to Avila Beach. We are near all the beaches and the Pismo Dunes. Save money and cook your own meals or use the outside BBQ. Kitchen is fully equipped for any meal. The house is on a Cul de sac, we love our location on the South side of Arroyo Grand.
