Should you like, you can also get to know the kids who visit the "Caldo de Piedra" library next door. (Proceeds go to support it.) The garden area features a private pool, heated by solar panels, as well a barbecue grill for enjoying time with family and friends.

The principal room has a mezanine with a working area. Complete Kitchen, dinning and living room, laundry. The parking is free but it is located at 5 blocks. Wifi 80megas.
