Our house is DIRECTLY on the beach and you have the lovely view to the sea from each window of your two Maisonette Apartments. Each one has a kitchen in the basement. There is also a TV and a sofa, which we change for you into a double bed or two single beds on demand. Upstairs there is the bathroom and the bedroom with a king size double bed. There are terraces with seaview on both floors of your Maisonette Apartments and 2 ACs. Just amazing to hear the waves from your private terraces.

Jimmy's Place Maisonette No. 2

Welcome to Jimmy's place. Apartment No. 2 is our large split level apartment and we tried to make it as cozy and comfortable as possible. The new kitchen has all you might need, the double bed upstairs has new hypoallergenic aloe vera mattress and the sofa downstairs can be turned into comfortable double bed, with two single mattresses. Air condition is of course available free of charge. We hope you will come and visit us on Samos sometime... :)

Αυτό το μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε βολική τοποθεσία σε 5 λεπτά βρίσκεστε στο κέντρο της πόλης-λιμάνι.Επισης σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από την παραλία.Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και έναν διπλό καναπέ κρεβάτι με ορθοπεδικό στρώμα,μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει τέσσερα άτομα και είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες. Ανεξάρτητο σπιτάκι-Μεσονετα με σοφίτα ιδανικό για οικογενεια η παρέα φίλων.Το ενα υπνοδωμάτιο(διπλό κρεβάτι) βρίσκεται στον πάνω όροφο και εχει δίκο του ανεξάρτητο μπαλκονι.Το δεύτερο βρίσκεται στο στο κάτω πάτωμα και εχει δυο μόνα κρεβάτια.Το σπιτάκι εχει μικρή αλλα εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με τραπεζάκι,ψυγείο και φουρνακι.Στον κάτω όροφο υπάρχει δευτερη βεράντα και πίσω αυλή.
