The house is in a small village, so you’ll need to drive to the beach and nearby towns. We’re happy to recommend car rentals!

Το διαμέρισμα(30τ.μ)είναι στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης.Βρίσκεται δίπλα σε καφετέριες και εστιατόρια και απέχει από την παραλία 10 μέτρα.Βρίσκεται σε 2ο όροφο οικοδομής και διαθέτει ασανσέρ.Η κουζίνα περιέχει όλες τις ηλεκτ.συσκευές (Ψυγείο,φούρνος,πλυντήριο ρούχων,εσπρέσσο μηχανή).Διαθέτει ξεχωριστό υπνοδωμάτιο από την κουζίνα,διαθέτει όμορφο μπαλκόνι με υπέροχη θέα και μπορείτε εκεί να απολαύσετε το πρωινό σας.Διαθέτει ένα όμορφο λουξ μπάνιο.Επίσης υπάρχει ελεύθερο WIFI, ac και τηλεόραση.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Seaside Pefkos House

Στην όμορφη παραλία του Πεύκου βρίσκεται το πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο εξοχικό μας! Αποτελείται από ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι-κουζίνας, μοντέρνο μπάνιο, ενώ στην σοφίτα βρίσκεται το υπνοδωμάτιο το οποίο μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και τέσσερις επισκέπτες. Η αυλή του το κάνει μοναδικό για χαλάρωση και γαλήνη ακούγοντας τον ήχο των κυμάτων και απολαμβάνοντας τη θέα της θάλασσας! Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη και ασφαλή γειτονιά και διαθέτει ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικό με κουζίνα, μεγάλο μπαλκόνι, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και ένα μπάνιο.Μπορει να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα άτομα καθώς διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι και καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Στην περιοχή υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ (1 χλμ),παραλία(1,5 χλμ), γυμναστήριο (200μ) .

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

Balcony on the sea

A traditional summer house, recently renovvated with respect to the local tradition. This upper floor apartment, which is accessed by a flight of stairs can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a double with single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. There is a basic Greek style kitchen with oven, fridge, , coffee making machine and all necessary utensils. The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet and sink, as well as washing machine.

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals
