Within walking distance to the Sugarhouse Commons area bars and restaurants, 10 minutes from downtown SLC, 5 minutes to the freeways, and 30 minutes to the ski resorts, this house sits in a quiet neighborhood that likes to keep it that way. If you're not the type to party all night or tear things up, we'd love to have you.

This is a private entry finished basement with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living room. A shared (with host only)patio, hot tub and laundry room. Enjoy the convenience of being close to multiple shops, stores and food in the heart of Herriman with quick access to Mountain View Village. Also close to numerous trails for walking, hiking, biking and running! No Smoking Allowed anywhere on the property! No Smokers as the residue still ends up in our home.

Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located place. Lovely 600 sq ft studio in my backyard. Spacious for 2 people, comfortable for 4, & hot spot for a group on a budget. Unique open loft style. With quite a wonky staircase. Upstairs in the loft there is a Queen bed and a twin daybed/couch. There is also clothing storage. Downstairs there’s a full sized futon/couch. Private bathroom and shower. Kitchenette with basic amenities. (No grill or oven).
