It should also be noted it is a gated property and the home is accessed through a dirt / gravel private country lane which is 0.75 mile from the gate.

The Monterey Dunes Colony is a picturesque gated community on the beach sitting between Monterey and Santa Cruz. This house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a beautiful ocean view and private beach access. The Master, main living area, and kitchen have beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. You can watch dolphins and whales from the comfort of the kitchen table. Beautiful sunsets are a daily occurrence. This house is great for a large family or 2 smaller families.

The space features comfortable bedrooms downstairs and beautiful open living space upstairs. Our big deck areas will sure be the perfect place for you to have a lively outdoor lunch or share a quiet dinner toast after a long day on the beach. Marina state beach is 5 mins, Downtown Monterey 15 mins and Pebble beach is about 25 mins drive.
