It has its own decking enjoying fantastic beach/sea views and is only a stone's throw from Perranporth's golden, sandy surfing beach. It is also very close to village amenities. It contains everything you will need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Wi-fi & smart TV. Private parking to rear. No cleaning fees. The coastal footpath is just outside our front gate. You will never tire of the view; it will keep you spellbound.

The apartment is a modern conversion of an elegant Edwardian end of terrace house with a sea view. South-facing with high ceilings and large windows, natural light fills the rooms. Just a 5 mins stroll to the spectacular Porthminster Beach and the centre of St Ives yet in a quiet area for a relaxing stay. All of St Ives stunning beaches are easy walking distance. An off- road, private parking space is right outside the flat so you avoid the hassle and considerable expense of parking in St Ives.

The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Sorry no pets. No smoking.

Over 2 floors: main floor has large kitchen with Smeg range oven. Sitting room - TV + Netflix access, family bathroom with large bath & rainfall shower. Upstairs: kingsize bedroom + en suite toilet. Lay-out works well for a large family or 2 couples.

Guests have sole use of the studio which is a purpose built annexe attached to the main house with its own front door; completely private access and courtyard. Just a 40 minute walk to St Ives and a short stroll to the beach. An immaculate place to stay.
