Charming loft in the Upper Marais

Charming artist's loft on the top floor of an historic building from 1611. The loft is an open space with kitchen, dining, sleeping, working and relaxing spaces. Very high ceilings, lots of light and quiet. Separated by a semi-private courtyard (shared with one neighbor) from one of the main streets running the length of the Marais, steps away from the cafés, restaurants, shops and markets of the rue de Bretagne, the Carreaux de Temple and the public garden of the Square du Temple.

Beautiful and carefully designed and equipped loft very close the the trendy Canal Saint Martin. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, like Wifi, TV, big kitchen, comfortable bathroom, a lot of space to relax. Look at the pictures, they speak for themselves. The apartment is on the ground floor making it easy access, it still has great daylight all day due to it's many windows. Great for couples, families or groups of friends. Not good for events or parties.

Doté des meilleurs équipements : 3 chambres avec lits doubles 160cm Mybed, 2 salles de bain, immense salon avec cuisine en marbre, home cinéma et chaîne hi-fi. Climatisation Dyson, fibre, Nespresso… Tout y est. Jusqu'à 7 personnes. ⚠️ Petite marche de 20cm à l'entrée, accès PMR difficile. Climatisation dans le salon uniquement. Les chambres sont équipées de refroidisseurs.

Atelier Georges Braque

Véritable atelier d'artiste, habité par le peintre Georges Braque en 1911, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

Calme mais au coeur d'un quartier commerçant et très animé. Base de départ idéale pour visiter paris ou pour travailler. Linge de lit et serviettes fournies.
