The neighborhood has a community pool, hot tub, gym access, walking trail and ramadas to name a few! This home sleeps 6, has a private backyard, and 2 covered parking spaces. Right around the corner from the grocery store, movie theater, and multiple golf courses! This clean and relaxing space is sure to impress!

West-side Trailhead Retreat in the Sonoran Desert

2017 guest house in Tucson Mountain foothills adjacent to Sweetwater Preserve (14+ mi.s of trails: mountain biking, horseback, running, & hiking)! Enjoy the giant soaking tub, BBQ grill, sunsets & patio. A full kitchen, sitting area, bath & BR are downstairs (550 sq. ft.). Up a 90-degree ladder to BR/retreat space, wonderful for getaway views. Our property is a 3-acre lot w/ desert flora/fauna, stars, & quietness, yet only 10 mi. from UA. Horses add to the ambiance with a taste of ranch life.

This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

Time Capsule in the Sonoran Desert

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. No exception!

Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Welcome to Casita Tolsa! We are close to La Encantada Mall with Shopping, and Restaurants close by. Our Studio Guest Suite has private entrance and parking, private patio. Local Art Galleries close by with views of every mountain range and the city. Enjoy the traditional territorial style, the wood beam ceilings, the patio, the comfy foam mattress/down pillows and comforter. Our place is good for singles, couples, and business travelers.
