Walk 15 minutes to Land Park and the Sacramento Zoo! Enjoy your stay in comfort with a king-sized bed, new TV for streaming, beautifully appointed bathroom and kitchen. A private entrance/parking will make your stay comfortable and effortless. We welcome your well-behaved furry friends for a nominal fee.

Guesthouse sits behind the host’s home in the historic Newton Booth neighborhood in midtown. A family friendly and fantastic location, just off the freeway. Centrally located near UC Davis Med Center, McGeorge School of Law, & Oak Park's blossoming Triangle District, this space is your ideal home base for your upcoming visit.

It's a quiet place of well-being where you can relax & enjoy the tranquil backyard garden. In light of COVID-19 we are taking extra precautions to sterilize all surfaces prior to each visit.
