From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

Fern Hollow is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. (Must be 21 to check-in, $40 authorization taken at check-in, no cats) IF YOUR PUP IS JOINING YOU, please be aware that we require advanced notice, an additional $50/night for the first four nights ($200 max), that rabies records be provided, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave them behind. One dog is permitted per room, no cats.
