Cozy apartment & sauna in the center of Saariselkä

Welcome to my holiday home in the heart of Saariselkä – only a few minutes' walk away of Urho Kekkonen National Park trailheads. I renovated and furnished my home completely in 2023 with all modern amenities while preserving the traditional stone-built fireplace and Finnish sauna. With three beds upstairs and a large sofa bed downstairs, the accommodation is comfortable for various types of groups. The remote working space, fully equipped kitchen and laundry also make it ideal for a longer stay.

Erämaamökki järven rannalla

Viihtyisä erämaamökki rauhallisella paikalla erämaajärven rannalla. Upeat vaellusmahdollisuudet. Mökki sijaitsee laajalla omistajan yksityisalueella 6 km päässä omistajan kodista. Mökille pääsee autolla. Ivalon palvelut 9 km päässä. Vieraan pitää olla kokenut majoittuja, joka hallitsee puulämmitteiset tulisijat ja kaasuhellan käytön. Tottunut myös selviytymään erilaisissa luonnon olosuhteissa eri vuodenaikoina. Juoma- ja käyttövesi järvestä. Valaistus aurinkopaneelilla. Maakellari. Ulkokäymälä.

Villa Starling

Kaunis erillistalo Alajärven rannalla rauhallisessa miljöössä 10km päässä Ivalon keskustasta. Rannassa hienohiekkainen matala ranta sekä puulämmitteinen rantasauna vieraiden käytettävissä erillisestä maksusta. Myös kota käytettävissä, puut maksusta. Talvella rannasta pääsee kelkkareiteille sekä hiihtämään. Lähistöllä kauniita ulkoilumaastoja. Lemmikkieläimet eivät ole sallittuja. Asunnon voi siivota itse, jolloin siivousmaksu palautetaan. Alle kolmen yön vierailussa siivousta/lakanoita ei ole.

Peaceful log cabin by the lake Inari

Come to relax for Metsola. Very peaceful log accommodation located next to the lake Inari. Main building, sauna room, hut and storage. A parking lot and pier at lake. Dry toilet away from main building, no running water but in summer a tube from the spring. 12V electricity from the battery for lighting and usb-charging. If necessary, 230V electricity with generator. The kitchen has a gas stove and a 12V refrigerator or a small gas refrigerator. The cabin is heated with a fireplace and stove.

Cozy mountain hideaway

Enjoy Northern Lights on the slope of Kaunispää! A fully equipped cozy apartment is in a quiet area. Yet only 10 minutes walk and you will reach restaurants and other services in the village. The beautiful nature is around you. Ski in -ski out, bike or hike. All the outdoor activities are close by. Free parking in front of the house. Bus stop from the airport close by. This is an ideal place whether you want to relax in front of the cozy fireplace or actively explore the Lappish nature.

Villa Lapin Kulta on tyylikäs, uusi 100 neliön hyvin varusteltu hirsihuvila Inarijärven rannalla alle 30 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Ivalon lentoasemalta. Hirsihuvila on varustettu kahdella makuuhuoneella, takkahuoneella, hyvin varustetulla keittiöllä, olohuoneella, suihkullisella kylpyhuoneella, puusaunalla ja ulkoporealtaalla. In case you do not want to explore the nature for some reason, there are two smart TV's (65" and 55"), PS5 and Nintendo Switch to play with. Bedroom’s TV is for streaming only. Distances; closest neighbour 0,4km, bus stop 5km, supermarket 15km, restaurant 15km, airport 25km. Note! Villa's fireplace is not in use.

Loue Island - A true Finnish experience

ONLY FOR THE MORE ADVENTUROUS ONES! A log cabin built in the 1960s, on a small island. This is the only property on the island, there are no other cabins, houses, or whatsoever. You are alone in peace. This is not your usual Airbnb. Here, you will have to get your own water from the well or the lake. Chop some firewood. Start a fire. But you will surely have a once-in-a-lifetime experience. This is a unique opportunity to experience a true Finnish lifestyle in the best way possible.

Private log cabin by the lake of Inari

This private little cottage is located next to the lake of Inari, but also only just 15 minutes drive away from the center of Ivalo. Beautiful lake and fell scenery opens straight away from the front door and sauna. Cottage has modern equipments for cozy living, a fireplace and wood-heated sauna. During the evenings you can hear huskies howling few kilometers away and hopefully spot the auroras dancing above the lake. Entrance to bathroom through cold veranda.
