In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag kannst du in einer der beiden hauseigenen Saunen dich verwöhnen lassen oder du kannst die moderne Wellnessanlage der Panorama Badewelt in St. Johann in Tirol besuchen. Al Gufo Nero

Appartamento appena ristrutturato, con splendida vista sulla valle. La casa è ricavata dalla ristrutturazione di un vecchio “stavolo” carnico, una stalla dove riposavano gli animali e si faceva asciugare il fieno raccolto. Il Gufo Nero è un cottage adatto ad una vacanza rilassante da passare ammirando il panorama sulle Alpi carniche e sorseggiando un buon vino friulano, davanti al caminetto da cui fu salvato un gufo caduto per sbaglio e annerito dalla fuliggine.

The Kordiler Haus is an original ancient tyrolean house, recently refurbished maintaining the same original structure and materials. A great charm place ! The area available is on two floors , all in stone and wood, with a huge window on the valley. It's equipped with original ancient furnitures and many cozy details.
