This is a must-see. It is 4.4 miles south of Silver Cypress Resort. There are three trails from the parking lot. Go north to Agate Beach (low tide is best). The south trail goes to 2-mile beach that stretches all the way to the Rogue River. Hike west and see the awesome views from the top of the Otter Point rocks.

The trailhead is located just south of Gold Beach, it features beautiful wildflowers, incredible views, and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and bird watching. If you are not up for the hike you can still drive to the parking lot to see the views.
