We offer passes to Rumbling Bald golf resort. Situated in a cove with gorgeous lake and mountain views, you’ll love watching the sun set and wake up to coffee with a view! The 4 decks overlooking the lake allows for family fun or a quiet retreat! Pets: 1 dog, 50lbs max, for a fee. *No smoking property*

Sugar Ranch Guest House is a 1940's farmhouse that has been restored and modernized. It's the original home on this 60 acre farm, which produced sugarcane, dairy products, and eggs; now it is a gentleman's horse, cattle, and chicken ranch. There is a fishing pond, paths, deer, geese, wild turkeys, fox, herons, squirrels, and songbirds. Country living five minutes from downtown Forest City, 25 minutes from Tryon International Equestrian Center, one hour from Asheville and Charlotte.

The basement has a great living room area, and lots of things to do....Foosball, pool, ping pong, air hockey, etc. PLEASE, NO PETS. A violation fee will apply for non compliance.
