The Annex is a completely private part of our house for guests exclusive use, located in the historical Kentish village of Leeds, within walking distance to stunning Leeds Castle. Located 5 minutes from J8 M20. Ideal for Leeds Castle. The Kent show ground. 35 mins drive to Eurotunnel & 50 mins to Dover ferry port. 1 hour to London via train. The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

The Studio sleeps 4 and is situated to the left of the main house in a quiet secluded setting. The brick paved drive provides ample parking. The accommodation is bright, light and spacious with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a breakfast bar, fully fitted kitchen, two large characterful double bedrooms, (additional single bed on request), a bathroom with bath and shower unit. Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

We have a free parking space in town if required. Unfortunately steep narrow stairs means may not be ideal for the very young/old. 11 minute walk from train station to London, perfectly located for a weekend getaway. It theoretically sleeps 10 but suitable for 7 if one prefers sleeping alone. With its wide range of eating places and shops, Tunbridge Wells is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Garden of England. The owners live alongside the Cowshed but respect your privacy.

Hermitage Cottage cosy 1-4 person accommodation.

Hermitage Cottage offers annexe accommodation. Bathed in sunshine in private garden setting. We are a commuters dream with Barming railway station at the door. London Victoria 57 minutes and Maidstone East just three minutes by rail. Fully fenced with garaging for one vehicle., entry by automatic gates. Oast Cottage

Oast Cottage is on the edge Ashdown Forest with beautiful walks. Various children's activities within 30-45 mins away, Quiet location, with amazing views, comfy beds. You can reach a local pub (Crow & Gate) by a nearby footpath taking 20 mins roughly. All other pubs and shops are a 10 minute drive away. As we are in the heart of the countryside, we do have Chickens and a Cockerel nearby to the cottage.
