The accomodation is located at "Centener", one of the exlcusive living areas of Rovinj. The house consits of a two rooms apartment situated on the first floor. The apartment has two double beds and an addtional single bedcouch. The living room is divided into living/sleeping area and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equiped. Bathroom constains shower and toilet. In front of the flat you can find a nice terrace which invites for relaxing in the sun or cooling down in the evening. Next two the house is a big garden with a huge stone dining table perfectly made for outdoor BBQs. BBQ equipment is also included. Next to: 5 min walk to two supermarkets, 15 min walk to the center of the city, 15 min walk to the beach, 5-10min walk to excellent restaurants. City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Detached stone house Mate for 2 persons. It has one sleeping room, kitchen, toalet and, a balcony. It's an ideal escape from the city, also perfect for recreational athletes. There is a possibility of storing sport equipment. Rovinj village is located near city of Rovinj and it's a few minutes away by car. In the village it's the best to do everything by walk.

Apartment located 10m from the main Carera street, 100m from the main promenade by the sea where there are many restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, galleries, boats .. 5 minutes from the church of Sv. Euphemia. The nearest beach in a beautiful pine forest is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
