After refurbishing the former summer cottage, we decided to enrich the adjacent land with organic plants and herbs for medical purposes and open it up to our future guest from all around the world!

The house is an independent and autonomous residence in a huge garden. It consists of a bathroom and a living room with a double bed. The Barbecue area can be used as a cooking and dining kitchen, fully equipped with electric cooker, barbecue, and a traditional built oven. The house is in a quiet place and is only 800 meters away from the beach.There is a long sandy beach arround. The beach of Kouroutas and the center of Kouroutas is only 1 km away.

Also, it is near in Amaliada, a city, as well as many beaches such as Kourouta, Marathia and Palouki.There is a cyclist road for bike lovers. You can hiking in Marathia's forest and drink coffee in Kourouta's coffee shops too.
