Life doesn’t just take place indoors, it flows betweeen the exterior and interior with the terrace and windows facilitating.

Include 2 bedrooms, living room with studio kitchen, shower room, oven and green open air place for barbeque. There are trampoline, toys and kids house in the yard. This Studio apartment (18 m2) is perfect for students, interns & young professionals. It has modern furniture, private bathroom and a kitchenette with a fridge, a sink and a microwave, but WITHOUT A STOVE. For cooking, it’s possible to use a COMMON KITCHEN which is located on the same floor. Apartment is located in a newly renovated building. There is NO ELEVATOR in the building, you must climb stairs (3rd, 4th or 5th floor).
