Piccadilly, Green Park, Regent Street, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, London’s theatres and more are in easy walking distance of your apartment. Green Park tube station is 4 minutes’ walk. Piccadilly Circus station is 7 minutes’ walk. A superb base for your London stay.

Your bright 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment is on the 4th floor. There is a new lift which runs to the 3rd floor and then a few steps, plus a flight of stairs to the 4th floor entrance. Carefully furnished by our interior designer, this beautiful apartment is located in the very best location in Mayfair with much of London’s very best shopping, its sights, theatres and a wide range of restaurants all within easy walking distance. The apartment is located next to world famous Brown’s Hotel with the even better known The Ritz on Piccadilly just moments away. One of London’s elegant arcades – The Royal Arcade – takes you through to Bond Street, home to Gucci, Prada, Tiffany & Co, Cartier, Louis Vuitton – the list goes on and on. Green Park, St. James’s Park and Hyde Park are in easy walking distance from your apartment. Beyond these, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, London Eye, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden and so much more are also within walking distance of your apartment. Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square are both close and most of London’s theatres are a few minutes’ walk from your apartment. Regent Street, Oxford Street, Knightsbridge and many more great shopping streets are in walking distance or a short ride by taxi or tube from Green Park station. The Faraday Museum is further up the same street and the Royal Academy in the next street. The National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery are in easy walking distance and London’s other museums – the British Museum, National History Museum, Science Museum and Victoria & Albert Museum are just a short taxi or tube ride away on direct routes.

Your stylish, elegant apartment is a very spacious 100 square meters or 1184 square feet in size and is located on the top (4th floor) of this superbly located building. The newly installed lift runs from the Ground Floor entrance to the 3rd floor. There is then a few steps, plus a flight of stairs to the 4th floor entrance of your apartment. Your apartment has elegant but modern-style parquet flooring throughout the living room whilst the 2 bedrooms are carpeted. The bright and spacious Lounge is open plan to the Dining Area and Kitchen and through the floor to ceiling double doorway to the small roof terrace outside. Air conditioned throughout, with individual temperature controls in each room, the Lounge is provided with a large ‘L’ shaped sofa and 2 stools and a wall-mounted large Smart TV with satellite channels, with a soundbar beneath. Free WiFi operates throughout the apartment. The modern dining table has 6 chairs. Ample china, glass and cutlery are provided for your stay.

The well-equipped kitchen has 3-ring electric hob with extract above, 2 ovens, microwave, large Fridge/Freezer, Wine Fridge, Dishwasher, washing machine and all the crockery, cutlery, glass, cooking utensils, pans and more that you will need during your stay.

As you walk out of the Living area into a small hallway, the elegant Master Bedroom is to your left at the front of the building and, like all rooms in the building, has central heating and double-glazed windows. Individually controlled air conditioning operates throughout the apartment. The Master Bedroom has a Double bed and ample wardrobes as well as chest of drawers. As with the second bedroom, the Master Bedroom overlooks the street and the colourful The Royal Arcade on the other side of the street leading through to Bond Street. The ensuite bathroom to the Master Bedroom has a bathtub with shower over, modern wash-hand basin and toilet.

The Second Bedroom of the apartment is also front facing with double-glazed windows and also has ample wardrobe space and chest of drawers. The Second Bedroom also has a double bed. The bathroom is a step outside the bedroom and has a walk-in rain shower, modern wash-hand basin and toilet. A quality single floor mattress can be provided in the living area for a 5th guest, on request, and a cot is similarly available on request.

This is one of the most elegant areas of central London and probably the most famous yet a surprise lies around almost every corner and the wide variety of restaurants are just waiting to be explored and experienced. These elegant and historic exclusive areas of central London retain, in parts, something of the village atmosphere from their earliest days as exactly that – a village outside the walls of the City of London.

Mayfair is one of the most exclusive areas of central London with a mix of residential and offices and it's really not hard to see why. Some of the best shops and stores in London are on your doorstep, many of London’s top hotels are close by and the embassies and High Commissions of countless countries are based here. Mayfair is a superbly central spot for getting around the rest of this great city and is bordered to the south by Piccadilly and Green Park, to the West by Hyde Park, to the North by Oxford Street and to the East by Regent Street.

London best known sights, shopping, theatres, art galleries, museums and so much more are in the immediate area. Central London is famous for its parks and Green Park, St. James’s Park and Hyde Park (leading to Kensington Gardens) are in easy walking distance.

Hard as its bustling atmosphere now will make it to believe, Mayfair was once just a village outside London and it still retains something of the atmosphere from those earlier days in narrow side streets, elegant squares and some lovely, very individual shops and restaurants. They can be a bit pricey but they are a unique experience.
